My group Vinyasa classes are a joyous flowing sequence of asanas (poses) with particular attention to the integration of breath, movement and awareness. This liberating flow aims at achieving a steady balance between flexibility and strength. I enjoy playing an eclectic range of music to help you find the breath and prana (energy) within. I encourage you to make my class your own changing and modifying poses to suit your needs and your body (especially for any injuries or sensitivities).

We would use a wide range of techniques to help you reach your goals, making your yoga practice a natural expression of joy, energy and passion! You will feel your whole being open. Your practice will be your favorite part of the day. Regardless of injury, age, fitness level or body type everyone can practice and benefit from this powerful healing art. I have seen the powerful healing of yoga effect the quality of life for people into their late 90’s! As a convenience I’m happy to come to your home or office.
